Squid with Broccoli

Squid with Broccoli

preparation time 15 minutes

serving 4 people

Ingredients:

1 kg squid
1/3 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
500 g broccoli
6 balloon
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tablespoon roasted garlic

Method of preparation:

Squid stir the sauce in a medium bowl, add wine, sugar and sesame oil. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Strain the marinade over the calamari bowl aside.

In wok or large frying pan Heat half the peanut oil, fry the squid in the pan, stirring constantly, until zmięknął and lightly browned.
Heat remaining oil in same wok, fry garlic and ginger, stirring constantly, until spicesrelease their aroma. Add broccoli, onion and a standstill marinade, heat stirring untilbroccoli zmięknął. From the back, insert squid to the wok, stir the ingredients, heat themoment. Sprinkle over bean sprouts. Serve decorated with roasted garlic.
