Cold cheese cake

ingredients:

3 liters of milk
3 / 4 cup sour cream
8 whole eggs
1 / 2 cup lemon juice
20 dag flour
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
get soggy raisins
chocolate icing
smell of rum
   

Method of execution:

Boil the milk, eggs compacted with cream and pour on boiling the milk,
cook over low heat and acidified with lemon juice mixed with sour cream, cottage cheeseuntil the precipitate.

Cool and drain off cottage cheese through a sieve.
For the drained weight of soaked raisins add the flour and sugar. Active in the top pourmelted chocolate with rum flavor.

Put everything in the refrigerator until it reaches a uniform mass and you're done.
