Good shortcrust pastry
40 g flour
20 g of butter
10 grams of granulated sugar
2 vanilla sugar
4 boiled egg
Do not use baking powder!!
Sift flour with butter add chopped sawn cooked egg yolks and knead.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees about 30 minutes until the pastry is golden.
This pastry can be used for napoleons, to cakes with fruit, it can also cut out cookies.
When the cake with fruit on the bottom, sprinkle with breadcrumbs that melted into fruit juice.
