Chicken tenderloins with lemon sauce

Chicken tenderloins with lemon sauce

Preparation time 15 minutes
cooking time 15 minutes

4 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup water
4 egg yolks
700g chicken tenderloins
vegetable oil for frying
4 spring onions, thinly sliced

Lemon Sauce:
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 fresh ginger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

Push the egg yolks into a bowl and water, stir. Gradually add flour stirring to a smoothmass.
add chicken and mix thoroughly.

Chicken Fry in deep fat for browning. Drain excess fat on paper towel.

Serve with lemon sauce and decorated with spring onion.

lemon sauce

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, reheat over low heat until the sauce thickens.
